Who we are

Best Kako Review Desk started in 2021 when three editors got tired of review pages that described a product without ever saying what it cost to get it delivered. We are based in Portland, Oregon, and we cover Kakobuy product review criteria and the tradeoffs behind every shortlist we publish.

How the desk works

Our testing team orders products through Kakobuy using standard accounts and our own funds. We log order placement, agent response time, QC photo requests, consolidation choices and carrier scans. When a parcel lands on the bench, we check packaging, measure the item, wear or use it for a set period, and only then assign a score on our five-point scale.

How I test

Priya photographs packaging before opening, measures garments flat and on the closest-fitting panel member, and compares QC photo sets against listing images at the same crop. How I test

Daniel models landed cost from item price, agent service fee, domestic leg, international line and any customs charge, then compares the result against at least two alternative shipping lines.
